Q: What is included with my order?

A: Whether you order an HID headlight kit or an interior lighting package, it will always include proffesional installation, shipping, and free lifetime phone support. We will never charge you any extra or hidden fees.

Q: Are these lights legal?

A: All Products we sell are 100% legal in any U.S. state. Our Headlights are the same system used on high end luxury cars and are ISO 9001:2000 and E-mark certified. Our interior lighting kits are legal as installed by us; however we do not suggest that you drive with our interior lights on, they can sometimes create a glare on the windows that can be a distraction and although they are legal, a few police officers may still issue a citation. We cannot be held responsible for any citation or tickets you recieve while using our products.

Q: What happens after I order my kit/package?

A: Your order will be processed and your new lights will be shipped to us. After we recieve your lighting kit or package, one of our staff will call you to arrange a time to install your new lights.

Q: How long will shipping take?

A: After your payment is recieved, your order will be processed within one business day and will be shipped within two business days. Shipping time usually takes 5-8 days.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: On all defective products, we will replace your product, including installation, for up to one year from the purchase date, totally free of charge. We do not replace products that were mistreated, or broken from misuse. Sorry but at this time we cannot accept returns, or issue refunds on products that have already been installed.

Q: Can I get a refund if my product hasn't been installed yet?

A: Yes, we will issue you a partial refund on products and a full refund on the "go-to-you" installation service. The ammount refunded is the original price minus the non-refundable deposit. The deposits are listed below. All tax is non-refundable.
